How it's made

We are the first company in the world offering mass production of fine jewelry by direct 3D printing. Our developed printing parameters enable us to manufacture with higher quality and speed compared to our competitors. During 4 years of vigorous development we have managed to optimize the printing process to the point where it's in every aspect more efficient than conventional manufacturing. We don't use melted metals, instead we use powdered sterling silver that is made from recycled silver.
Inside our metal 3D printers an extremely thin layer of powder is spread on the stainless steal building plate. The computer then orders a very powerful laser to weld together one layer of the sliced 3D model. After that, the building plate is lowered by 30 microns and another layer of silver is spread on the building plate. The next layer of the sliced 3D model is welded on top of the last one. The process is repeated on average 500-2000 times as long as the entire jewelry piece is grown layer by layer inside our metal 3D printers.

3D printing enables to create unique and super detailed designs, impossible to manufacture by conventional methods and makes all customizations easy and affordable. After the printing process is finished, the jewelry items are wholly covered in silver and lightly welded on top of the stainless steel building plate inside the machine. By hand we will swipe the excess silver and put it away for another round of printing. The building plate is taken out from the machine and the jewelry items are carefully detached from it. All the support bodies are removed from the items and they then go through heat treatment, magnet polishing, hand polishing and machine polishing to finally look perfect for our customers.
